Medical Office Building,

Neureut, Germany

This project features a thoughtful and artistic arrangement of various uses and buildings. It covers a land area of 3,500 square meters with a built-up area of about 2,500 square meters and included three old buildings that served as a library, cultural center, and residential space. These buildings have now been converted into a medical center with health and pharmaceutical services, along with modern residential units. During the project, parts of the old buildings were demolished and all floor plans were redesigned. An old residential building was also demolished and rebuilt with three residential stories. Additionally, a pharmacy was constructed to meet the needs of the area.

Rad Villa,

Nashtarood, Iran

The Villa Rad project, with a footprint of 330 square meters on a 1000 square meter plot, is located in a residential area in northern Iran. The project is generally built on two floors, with the ground floor featuring the main living area, dining room, kitchen, and a guest room, while the first floor includes two bedrooms, a master bedroom, a private living area, and a terrace. The most important aspect in designing this project was considering the project’s location, the regional climate conditions, the beautiful natural views, and the residents’ need for tranquility.

Saidi Sports Complex,

Tehran, Iran

The Saidi sports and entertainment complex is located on one of the busy streets of Tehran. This building is adjacent to neighboring structures on both sides. The complex covers an area of almost 4,000 square meters and has two underground floors with an indoor pool, sauna, whirlpool, buffet, and restaurant, as well as a parking garage and a ground floor that serves as an entrance and lobby. Above this, there are six upper floors, primarily used for sports facilities. Each floor has a lobby, a waiting area, dressing rooms, and a shower area. Due to its complexity, this project can establish itself as a luxury and recreation center in the surrounding area.

Shariati Office Building,

Tehran, Iran

This building is situated on a 470 square meter plot with a total area of 2,150 square meters in Tehran. It consists of two floors for parking and a lobby, as well as six floors with two units on each floor for office use. One of the attractive and challenging features of this project was its facade design, which, despite its simplicity, includes special details. In designing the facade, firebrick was used as a local and accessible material. The arrangement of the bricks was designed to present the facade as a modern appearance.

Selahvarzi Villa,

Nashtarood, Iran

Enter a realm of architectural grandeur, where every detail exudes meticulous craftsmanship. This extraordinary project stands out with its design that deviates significantly from the norm. The curved roof gracefully replaces traditional slopes, while the artful depiction of a crouched wooden beam gives the house an enchanting touch.In this project, the terraces of the floors and the fireplace in the living room are two elements that, from the very beginning, not only served their functional purpose but also played a significant role in shaping the unique exterior design of this villa.

Afshar Apartment,

Namak Abrood, Iran

Afshar Apartment is a modern architectural work located in Namak Abrood. The building accommodates two extraordinary duplex units, ensuring resident comfort with extensive parking over a 1000 square meter area. Its unique design highlights meticulous details and high-quality materials, providing stunning aesthetics. Although the floor plans of both units are modular and similar, the façade design varies across floors. Each duplex unit features a modern, open interior design, offering a bright and welcoming space that epitomizes modern living.

Pirbadi Villa,

Abe Sard, Iran

This project was designed in the village of Abe Sard near Tehran. Its infrastructure is 500 square meters and the project land is about 2100 square meters. After 12 years of construction, this project remains one of my favorites, as we have placed special emphasis on details in form, appearance, performance, and the use of various local materials.The design of the south facade of the project involves a water feature and a veranda, two concepts of Iranian architecture, creating a deep connection between the building’s body and the sky, the earth, and nature, inviting them into the building.

Diba Shopping Center,

Tehran, Iran

Step into a fascinating architectural creation with four spacious commercial floors, a vibrant food court level, and two sophisticated office floors, all interconnected by two captivating central atriums. In this project, special attention has been given to the exterior façade and the interior wall claddings, particularly in the food court and restaurant areas within the shopping center. The expansive atrium, with its increased height and the use of natural light from the ceiling, not only helps to provide natural lighting and reduce electricity consumption but also contributes to creating a more beautiful and pleasant atmosphere for the users and visitors of this project.

ABADAN CITY CENTER,

Abadan, Iran

The design of the Abadan Shopping Center meticulously considers the unique tastes and preferences of the local people, who are known for their love of colors and visual effects. The exterior facade is designed with vibrant colored lights, not only bringing a special vibrancy to the environment but also becoming a key element in visual interaction with the citizens. This shopping center consists of two floors, each spanning 2000 square meters, and includes sea-view restaurants, an attractive food court, and easily accessible parking.
